RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Veemekh follows a strict No Return Policy.

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, returns will not be accepted once an order has been successfully delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests will only be considered under limited and verified circumstances such as:

• Damaged perfume bottle received
• Broken or leaked packaging during transit
• Incorrect product delivered

Conditions for Exchange

• Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Proper unboxing video, product images, or proof may be requested for verification.
• Products found used, tampered with, or intentionally damaged will not qualify for exchange.
• Exchange approval is subject to review and verification by the Veemekh support team.

Veemekh reserves the right to reject any exchange request if sufficient proof is not provided.
